ABALTo be defined
The 9th International Aluminium Congress, event which will gather international and Brazilian professionals and consumers from aluminum production chain, in addition to government and academy representatives, researchers and members of other industrial sectors, to debate tendencies, challenges and present the newest technological innovations.
The 8th edition addressed cross-sectional themes, such as industry 4.0, circular economy, innovation and coopetition, passing through the different steps of the productive chain, since mining and primary transformation to the application in all the main consumer markets: automotive and transportation, civil construction, packaging, domestic uses. Gathering over 560 congress participants, with highly qualified visitors, such as specialists, executives, investors and buyers from diverse sectors.

Call for
The submission of abstracts of technical papers for the 9th International Aluminum Congress was completed on April 15, 2023. The negotiations of the Evaluating Committee of the Congress, as well as the receipt of the full text and definition of the presentation format, are handled individually by the authors who already registered participation. If in doubt, contact us!
How to participate

ABALFormat: The accepted presentation format has not been decided yet by the Organizing Committee, initially the author will be able to choose their preferred presentation format as either oral or poster presentations, although changed might be required;

ABALRules: The author must send the abstracts and papers according to the specifications presented by the document Rules and instructions, and according to the Template in Portuguese and English made available to the submission of full papers;

ABALThemes: abstract must fit and be classified in themes available in this webpage;

ABALThe abstract must be uploaded to the system: click here, it is necessary signing up with a username and password beforehand, following the page’s instructions;

ABALIn case an original abstract was accepted, the author will receive further information.
